The Puzzle

I wish I had the anwsers
To my youthful pondering
Yet age has not granted solutions
Only different questions.

My child eyes wished for play
Only work becomes of me,
My adolence self wispered lust
Love & companionship I settle for.
Young adult had wanderlust,
Still this urge burns in my chest.

I now wish for security,
Enough to survive comfortably.
I hope for good companions
To endure this lifelong journey.
I want a warm hearth
And simple happieness.

I question and requestion,
Beilef,
Morays,
Intentions,
And our compassion.

My heart wants,
Peace for new eyes,
Our hopes to carry on for generations.
Kindness to the world we share.
May our lives benefit
Not destroy this place.
